We have such confidence in the quality of our windows and doors that we are able to offer an industry-leading, 10 year comprehensive parts and labour warranty.

Most window companies only offer 1 to 7 years for defects of workmanship, excluding moving parts as they may wear and need replacement. They will limit moving parts to 1 to 3 years.

The BetaView Complete Peace of Mind Warranty covers you in full, including moving parts for the full 10 year period.

Once we've visited your home and provided a quote, a 10% deposit is all we need to get your job underway. Lead time to installation is typically under 6 weeks.

Your installer will visit, double-check measurements, confirm job details and book a mutually-agreeable date and time to carry out your installation

Your products are made-to-measure in our Sydney factory. We'll need a further 80% deposit to order the materials and start this process.

Your products are professionally fitted by our installation team. We'll dispose of the old windows and clean-up thoroughly. Final payment of 10% is due on completion.
